Life continues on, despite your resistance. Be done with remorse and sadness, leave the pity party. It’s lame, and über embarrassing. Enough. Go run. Go hike. Seek motivation. Write. Paint. Draw. Find a muse. Just don’t sit there thinking of all the things you could be doing.
Reject all notions of inhibition, doubt, and negativity.
Stop over-analyzing.
Romanticize, not rationalize.
